1997 – Somap International Pte Ltd was formed in Singapore.

1999 – Somap opens UK office – Somap UK Ltd was formed.

2000 – Somap expands to HK and opens Somap HK Ltd.

2001 – Somap opens its associate office in S. Korea.

2005 – Somap invest into India in one of the largest Real Estate project, housing over 6000 apartments, with over 6 million sq ft constructed area.
